When trying to get new customers at a convenience to them mobile is the way. Wow Bao have made it easy for customers to order with the new iPhone and iTouch app. This day in time everyone has a iPhone or itouch. The app allows the consumer to customize, place your order, and pay for your meal for pick up. Now customers has a 24 hour access to Wow Bao menu when needed. This makes ordering easier and faster that's what fast food is all about.
I feel with the additions of a iPhone and iTouch App would boost the sales for Wow Bao. Customers love when they can go to a fast food restaurant and don't have to wait hours for a order. I feel more restaurants should have a App opportunities. Mobile ordering is going to become significant as time goes on

I sort of agree with the idea that mobile ordering is going to be big. For customers who have it but until they make the application for a variety of smartphones and similar devices it wont go to far. But on the other hand online ordering has made a world of difference for dominoes so this seems like the next step in the evolution in ordering systems
ReplyDeleteI agree with Brittny this is an up and coming trend. this is definitely convinent for those with the phone but the disadvantage is for those without. the ap does have nice benefits and it is a benefit for both the customer and seller.
ReplyDeleteWe should definatley have a slide or two titled "There's an App for that..." not only for ordering like with WowBao but also other QSRs that are coming out with appications such as KFC and Starbucks. Also, with new technology coming out every few months, is this going to fad away or just enhance with technology?
